My family has lived on Maui for many, many years and I have learned so much about the island in that time.

• Polo matches in Olinda
• Diving with the sea turtles near Wailea
• Swimming in the river at Iao Valley
• Hiking and swimming in the pools at the Bamboo Forest
• Exploring waterfalls along Hana Highway (go in the morning!)
• Rock climbing and swimming at Oheo Gulch near Hana
• Hiking to Twin Falls on the Road to Hana (MM6)
• Strolling through the Swap Meet in Kahului
• Flying on a zipline through the forests of Haleakala

 Entertainment:

• Enjoying Art Galleries and Shops in Makawao
• Shopping in Paia (I especially like the bead shop!)
• Shopping for Hawaiian fabric at Fabricmart in Kahului (fantastic prices!)
• Experiencing the most authentic hula on Maui - perhaps even in the state of Hawaii!
