To reserve Lesli's condo, first check availability by checking the on-line calendar for Wailea Ekolu 107.

If the dates you want are available, send an e-mail to Lesli at islandbeads@sbcglobal.net.  Provide her with the number of people in your party (maximum 4 adults), the desired check-in and check-out dates, and/or any questions you might have.

Lesli needs two nights deposit to hold your desired dates.  She will hold your space for seven days while awaiting your deposit.  The deposit should be in the form of a personal/business check, money order, or cashiers/registered check (we are not able to accept credit cards at this time).  Please make your check payable to Lesli Brodbeck and mail it to:

Following receipt of your deposit, Lesli will send you confirmation in writing via US Mail.  The balance of payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival at which time you will be sent a key to the condo along with a map.

Cancellation Policy:

If your plans change and you need to modify or cancel your reservations, contact Lesli as soon as possible by phone or e-mail (not snail mail) so that she can re-book your reserved space and return your deposit and final payment.  Providing that she is able to re-book the space, all funds will be returned except for a $25 handling fee.
