Rates:

April 15 to December 14, 2009                $160 per night
December 15, 2009 to January 7, 2010     $200 per night
January 8 to April 14, 2010                    $180 per night
April 15 to December 14, 2010                $160 per night

•  Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy.  A fee of $10 will be charged for each additional guest (regardless of age). 
•  The rates quoted do not include the 12.25% State of Hawaii Hotel Tax (tax rate will increase to 13.25% on July 1, 2010).
•  All rates shown are in US$.
•  We require a minimum stay of five nights.
•  All rates quoted are daily rates and include both a pre-arrival and departure cleaning.

If you would like to compare these rates with the local Wailea resort rental agent, their rate page for a Wailea Ekolu condo (1 bedroom, 2 bath, ocean view) can be found at Destination Resorts Hawaii.  You will find their rates are significantly higher due to the high commission rates that they charge their clients.  They do, however, provide daily maid service.
